Furniture & Appliances We need 2 small scale chairs--one for each of the bedrooms in the Overcomers Recovery Home. These need to be leather or vinyl to protect us from bed bug infestations. They need to be small scale to fit in the rooms. A dark brown or black would be ideal to fit any decor. If you have one vinyl chair, in a random colour, this is better than what we have--which is NO chair. So, any donation will be helpful! 2 Single cordless phones, one with answering machine

Real Estate As a start-up Mission, our primary need was a building, and of course, someone to finance it. After a 9 month search, we finally found a building... and someone who would loan us money to buy it! A generous donor has purchased the building on our behalf. We are to pay them back, interest-free, over the next few years. Oh, and our directors also personally loaned $125,000 for a down payment on this property. Wow! The property was $500,000. We are praying for an angel to allow us to host a mortgage-burning party!
